The Birmingham Ski Club will host the annual summer party on July 22, 2018 at Superior Grill @ 3:00 pm. TRIPS open up @3:30 pm. Taco Buffet! $22.00 per person includes taco buffet. This is one of the best parties of the year so you don't want to miss it! *****ONLINE trip sign-up will again be available beginning at 3:30pm on Sunday, July 22nd. These registrations will not have priority over those who attend the Summer Party. BUT carry the same weight, with appropriate time stamp. *******Have you decided where you will go??? 1) Sign up and pay for the party. 2) PRINT your Trip Releases, so you can bring them with you already filled out. It also tells you the CHECKS you need to bring with you! Each item you will pay for requires a separate check because they are accounted for in different ways!!! One check will NOT cover you, unless you are paying for only ONE thing. Bring with you the things you need to facilitate your sign in. Upon entering the party space, you will need to check in at the registration table and get the appropriate wristband. You will be asked if you need to join or renew your membership, and if so, be directed to that table (You MUST be a member to go on a trip!). Then you may come on in, get a beverage if you like, and get in the line for the trip of your choice. NO ONE is being allowed to sign in prior to 3:30 pm for ANY trip. There will be lines for each trip. If you are signing up for multiple trips, start with your first choice, finish in that line and go to the next. No trip will “close” at the party. We plan to do everything possible to get all participants on the trip of their choice. We will then have dinner and celebrate the coming Ski Season, and enjoy the company of our friends.
