Two hours with views of mountains and cascading waterfalls. Then, there is the glass gondola you can ride 2.4 miles up the mountain. You will see breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe and the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range. You can hop off half way at observation deck for spectacular sights and photos. Heavenly also has many restaurants, a mall for shopping with an ice rink, and spa. All these activities are near the Gondola in the Village. Your hotel, Forest Suites Resort, where breakfast is included, is located under the lift in the village... Additionally, there are also four different ski areas in the region where you can use the same lift pass. They would require getting a shuttle or renting a car to reach. Shuttles can be arranged at the Marriott and price depends on numbers in van. Get your party together and go to one of these places.
